Who should join the CPA?
- Clinical Members (anyone who possesses a graduate degree in a mental health field and is licensed or certified by their state)
- Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage & Family therapists, & Affiliate therapists
- Academic Members (anyone who possesses a graduate degree in a mental health field, social sciences, philosophy, or theology)
- Professors, teachers, supervisors in the mental health fields, those who possess a graduate degree in a mental health field, social sciences, philosophy, or theology.
- Student Members (anyone enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in the mental health field, social sciences, philosophy, or theology)
- Affiliate Members (anyone who does not meet the criteria for membership)
- Clergy, Religious, Seminarians, interested non-Catholic and non-US citizens are welcome to be members of the CPA.
All those interested in supporting the promotion of Catholic values in psychotherapy are welcome to become members of the CPA
